All Customized orders would be Produced and sent from our Production Plant in Pakistan. OUR DEPARTMENT WORKING
Cutting Department
Several types of cutting machines such as straight knife cutting machine, round knife
Cutting machine, band knife cutting machine, Die cutting machine, notched machine,
Computerize cutting machine etc. are used to cut these layers of fabric.
Our Skilled Cutting Workers properly guided by our Managers would cut the fabric as per Requirements and quantities.
If the order needs printing than next Step is Printing Dept If it doesn’t need printing than it goes straight to Stitching Dept.
Printing Department
Screen printing is the process of transferring a stenciled design onto a flat surface using a mesh screen, ink and a squeegee. Fabric and paper are the most commonly screen-printed surfaces.
Special Azo free colors are prepared matches to the Pantone C required, After screens and colors are Passed from our design team they have been forwarded to our Skilled Labor. Where they apply the printing to the cutting pieces came from our cutting unit.
Stitching Department
we have more than 200 skilled workers, who fulfill all kinds of sewing needs as per the requirement of our customers. Our Quality control Manager checks the Fabric First, and then sends it for stitching. Every piece is counter checked for any error in stitching. After Stitching next step is Threading.
Threading Department
Threading Department is an important department in Textiles manufacturing industry. Threading department where we remove excess thread from bags. Any unfinished products are sent back to previous dept for completion before moving to the next. The next step is Scrutiny.
Scrutiny Department
During Scrutiny all our products are examined in Bright light to check any defects .Defected pieces are taken out or if they needed alter they are sent back to the previous departments for completion before moving to the next step. After Scrutiny products goes to Final Packing.
Packing & Shipping Department
After all the steps are completed, the product is sent to the packing department for packing. Our skilled labor packs it as per the requirements of the customers. Company name, number of bags, size gross weight and net weight are written on all cartons. All orders are then sent to the warehouse for shipment.
